We partner with you to determine how to best grow and nurture your most important assets – your people.  Margaret and Evelyn have over 50 years of combined corporate experience in the Talent Development field in numerous industries. Ultimately, we are about inspiring, encouraging and empowering people in self-discovery and leadership development. And we’ve been doing it for years. 

Evelyn Ragan Swanson is a passionate organizational development leader with extensive experience in learning and talent management strategies. With over 30 years of experience, Swanson has developed learning, team and talent management solutions that are an essential and highly valued part of a company’s culture. She has coached leaders at all levels in team dynamics, communication, problem-solving and decision-making. She has facilitated hundreds of executive sessions.   

Dr. Margaret Thompson has worked with thousands of participants in a wide diversity of settings, including in the US, Canada, Eastern and Western Europe, The Caribbean, and the Middle East. Her organizational development expertise is focused on communication skills, creating high performing teams, developing talent and high potential leaders, and leading cultural shifts. She earned her Ph.D. in Human Resource Development at Georgia State University.
